I have to give him a huge thank you for sorting out my online check in nightmare. The BA website would not allow me to check in stating I had no valid ESTA, which was printed and sitting on my desk! Having emailed a photo of it, he secured our boarding cards and emailed them to me. Could not have asked for better service in this regard.
Less pleasing was receiving e tickets and discovering we were on a different flight to the one I had booked. Not a problem, but an email attached explaining would have been appreciated.
