“Disgusted! ”

Absolutely disgusted with this company!! When ordering my phone on a 24 month contract, it said that the phone I ordered was 'in stock' and still says that the phone is in stock on their website. Almost a week had passed before I rung their customer service team only to be told that the phone isn't in stock and they are waiting for it to come in stock. They also said that their online stock isn't live so all of their phones say in stock even when they aren't. When I asked to be put through to their supervisor/manager, their response was robotic; 'as soon as the phone comes in we will ship it to you'. When I asked when the phone will be in I was told at the end of the week or the beginning of the week after. It is now the end of the week and still, my phone has not arrived so I rung again to get the exact same response.

I'm absolutely appalled by the dishonesty and no care attitude for customers of this company! Will NEVER be using this company again and will NOT recommend them to anybody. I advise people to steer clear!!
