“They ruined surprise ”

I am completely disappointed and upset in this companies service and attitude. Placed an early order to surprise my daughter in NT for her birthday asked for special delivery time never heard back until half hour before they needed to be delivered saying he wouldn't get there in time extended the deadline to 3pm when she finished work they were to be a surprise forget that I then had to ring my daughter and tell her as they now had to be delivered to her home she had to wait for them and missed catching up with a friend she was meeting as she had to wait for flowers I was also told they didn't have the flowers in stock so if I didn't take what they had in store they wouldn't be delivered and when they were they were closed and sparse they look disgusting DO TRUST THIS COMPANY tried to sort it out with them and basically told tuff luck read the fine print BUYER BEWARE EASYFLOWERS LET YOU DOWN DO YOUR RESEARCH
