Ordered a fridge freezer and was expecting delivery on Sunday. Waited all day to be left a voicemail at 7.30pm to say they had broken down on the way and that it would be with me the following day and they would text me. Waited Monday day but heard nothing. Rang know how to be told the order was completed... Funny that as hadn't received the item. I was then told it had gone back to warehouse and that the store would contact me. Heard nothing. Rang the store to be told it was a failed delivery and that I would have to do 40 min drive to store in rush hour to re book delivery. Told them this was unacceptable but didn't even get an apology. I was then told the item was out of stock. Funny that because I don't know how someone loses a 6ft double fridge freezer that was on its way to me the previous day. Went to the store where the manger made us feel like it was our daily and wouldn't do anything to rectify problem. Needless to say we told them to shove it where the sun don't shine. Fantastic customer service currys..... Not!!! Never again!
