Ordered a single case of wine for a birthday present for a family member and was fraudulently signed up for a "Wine Club" I didn't need or want. Customer services admitted their error, but a lack of internal communication meant it took an age to resolve my complaint. Ended up going through my credit card company to resolve. Will not deal with again. Can't speak about the quality of the product provided as I was not the recipient.
