“Immoral company who do not care about their customers.”

A 45 minute delay due to weather conditions then turned into a 30 hour delay as no flight crew were then available. AA accept no responsibility for this. We lost 1 and a half days of our lives and spent 30 hours in airport lounges with inadequate meal vouchers. Truly a journey from hell with 3 young children. AA do not offer compensation for loss of earnings, additional costs incurred and so we are hundreds of pounds out of pocket. There response to our complaint was instant and dismissive. We would never, ever use their service again. We flew back eventually with BA, their planes were superior in every way, more comfortable, individual entertainment consoles. The service was so much better and would have been worth any additional costs to have booked with them. Do not book with AA under any circumstances!!
