“Stolen phone”

I used this company last month. I left my mobile phone in the car when I returned it at the airport. I realised 1 hour 15 mins later what I had done and returned to their desk to get it. They said the car had gone and didn't know where it was. I had to get my plane back to the UK, when I arrived in the UK I emailed them a number of times and rang them, they were not helpful at all and kept repeating that I shouldn't have left anything in the car when I returned it. This is correct and it was my mistake but I can only conclude they stole it from me.

Will never use them again.
