A rather different experience to other recent reviewers. On arrival at Tenerife South, followed directions to the Canary Forum office. Didn't even get to the counter before being asked my name and hotel destination, checked off a list, & told to wait over the other side of the hallway (whch was very busy disgorging travelers). So far so good I thought. I'd selected the "pay on arrival at airport" option and was expecting to be asked for my payment. I wasn't. Instead was marched out to a rather battered mini bus along with a large group of other passengers. The minibus was absolutely full - every seat taken. There were too many suitcases for the boot so a number were jammed into the passenger cabin, blocking the doors and even occupying the floor space between the driver and his front seat passenger. The dashboard of the minibus looked like it had had a number of items ripped out of it. Some of the holes were covered in masking tape, others were open with wires dangling. No air conditioning, but we were close to the front & benefited from the open windows. Although the minibus was safely driven, I didn't feel safe due to the overloading of the interior cabin. Several days later I emailed the company asking how I should pay, which was necessary to secure the return trip. I never did hear back so booked a taxi back to the airport. More expensive, but faster, safer, and a hell of a lot more comfortable!
