“Ruined my hair”

I have been to supercuts more than 5 times and they always did my hair good. But today i go to get my hair cut and it was a new girl that did my hair. She cut it shorter than what i said to her i showed her a photo of how i want my hair done and she still didnt have a clue. It was the same photo i showed the last time i went and the lady did a good job. And everytime im there they always offer to straighten my hair. But today they didnt and i shouldnt have to ask now im left to go home with my hair in a mess. And she didnt even do the layers properly. Im seriously not happy and will never go back again. I know its her first day but did she actually learn hairdressing. She asked if i want my hair thinned out i said yes and she didnt even do it either bcos my hair doesnt even feel lighter. So techinally ive just paid them money for ruining my hair.
