“APPALLED- ”

Firstly... I'm only giving you 1 star, because i can't give you zero!! I'm appalled that a company in britain would treat paying customers in such an utterly disgusting, disrespectful way! I really could not believe what i was hearing, i thought maybe the girl was new and was mistaken u til i insisted on speaking to someone else, after i was told there were no supervisors and the one manager was at lunch, i spoke to the girls colleague, who told me the very same thing. After placing an order 7 days previously and it being paid for, i sat back waiting for it to be delivered 3-5 days later, bearing in mind they had my postal address, my email address and my telephone number, i heard nothing. I had already ripped out my bathroom in anticipation of new bathroom of course, ready to lay tiles etc. So i tried the link for the tracking n that only came up with awaiting something, didn't make any sense anyway so i called them on monday, to be told yes we accepted your order and yes we took your money but no we don't have the items you ordered, the website gets confused and thinks we do have things we don't have!!! So, i ask when will stock be coming in, to be told, it won't, we won't be having anymore stock of those, would you like to cancel your order...... Well no i wouldn't like to cancel my order i'd like my order to be filled and completed please, can't do that so if you want your money back you have to cancel your order, oh dear god by now i'm losing the will to live and ask when will i be refunded, that will take another 3-5 working days, so that's a full week basically. Absolutely disgusted by every single step of this.... And id like it to be made clear i did not cancel my order, it was cancelled because you tricked me into giving you money for goods you ddint have and then you held onto that money knowing you didnt have the goods and having no intention of ever delivering them!!
