Trying to open a business account . Filled in online form - after a week they sent me the form to sign with the wrong SAE. Phoned and was advised to take paperwork to local branch. Local branch seemed confused. No confirmation received. Rang customer services - paperwork not returned by local branch. I wasn't allowed to phone the branch so customer services did - only the branch wouldn't answer the phone. Customer servie offered to resend form with correct SAE. Wanted to know what my local branch had done with all my details - customer service suggested I go to the branch. Still waiting ....
