I've bought home and car insurance in June via Compare The Market and claimed a toy and cinema tickets as a reward.
Months down the road they are now telling me that 'there is a problem' and I won't be getting either rewar, rope the customer in then dump them when the initial purchase is complete.

No wonder they can afford to spend so much on TV adverts.

Trading Standards should be on their case.

After sales service is non existent, I've sent 4 emails to them over the last few weeks without reply.

Probably spending what they should on customer service on TV advertising pulling more suckered in.
