“Great customer service, got me back selling again”

I was in some trouble with my Amazon sellers account, I believe one of my competitors put a complaint in with Amazon. The result was that I was suspended and I had to supply Amazon with an action plan even though I had done nothing wrong. I wrote the first action plan by myself but Amazon asked for more information.

I searched for help and found this web site, they helped me write an appeal letter and plan of action that worked. I was back selling again in 2 weeks.
