“Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!”

I ordered a present for my nephew & requested collection by my sister however when she went to collect it they would not allow her to take it!!! They were so rude & patronising & even had the cheek to ask why I had got it delivered to their store!!!! They did not even have the brain to think of ringing customer services & resolving this as they had my sisters details already. Even the customer service staff on the phone were no better when I rang them they just didn't want to listen & resolve this. It was a joke to them & they did not take anything seriously. Employ a bunch of monkies & you will get peanuts.
My sister went into town with 2 young children on the birthday got drenched in the rain & my little nephew had to go home empty handed & upset on his birthday.Thank you very much for ruining his day Entertainer! More like disappointment
Will never ever shop here again! disgusting customer service
