“If theres 0 star I would choose that rather”

I booked a clients friend from Traveloka since they have the, "cheapest rate of this specific hotel". The guest plans to extend and wanrs to go through us since theres a wedding coming. We use traveloka for the Hotel Extension. The day before the big problem we have been in touch with the CS here in the PH because of the app abd website issue weve been exp. Payment is not pushing through + when you go to the payment stage a pop up occur stating your booking is expired even though you just got there. It happen so many times it consumed me 4hrs. A day after we booked the last day of extension. It was clear that the date we chose is 10-11 of Sept year 2016 with the samw hotel and bedroom type worth Php 5,000++. The staff from the resort then informed me that the date sent by Traveloka was 13-14 and it cant be amended. Shocking is traveloka booked it through expedia. I called traveloka CS and informed them of the wrong date. CS then assured us that this can be fix and that they will forward the concern to their admin. Bangkok CS called me saying it cant be amended but they will fix it. Since the hotel told me tbey can change the date however they need endorsment from expedia that this is possible. I then plan to call expedia but to no avail I contact again traveloka. They said they will communicate with the hotel abd ask for the change of date however upon checking at the hotel no call was made. They emailed me then at 8pm in the evening aaying that they were tryig to call the hotel however there is no room availble on the said date so I need to uograde the room and they cam change the date of course additional PAY WORTH OF RP 370P++. THE SUMMARY IS THEY MADE ME,PAY AGAIN AND BOOK DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL WORTH PHP 10,000 and they dont allow you to refund so instead of just Php 5000 i paid 15000 in total kust to get it over and done with. Their CS will always say they understand you but they wont give you resolution. Plus they already informed hotel that it was their systems fault bec Ive been in touch with the reservations team of the hotel but when they called me ( i insisted they call me bec theyre not calling me) they said that its not their fault. They have CS but the one who will talk to you will be from other country with a lot of excuses plus diff people will handle you so they wont know the history and you habe to repeat it over and over again. I emaoled them 100x to tell them i need the refund but they are no longer replying. Low quality of service. Never will I repeat again and a warning to all of you too
