“Very, very pleased!”

I first came across In-toto kitchens Northampton randomly when on my way to a business meeting. The showroom stood out from across the street, had a distinct look of quality and seemed to deliver that something a bit more unique than your average kitchen reseller.

From initial consultation with Amish at In-toto Northampton, through to design and ultimately delivery, every aspect of the experience left us feeling excited and that we had realised true value. As an example of this, even if a small error was made by someone in the process, Amish owned it, and in turn fully accountable for the fix and ensured complete satisfaction on our side, as well as a speedy resolution. This is incredibly rare as most businesses nowadays seem to try and flow as much risk down on to their customers as possible!

In-toto provided more than its money's worth as the quality and value it brings created a wow factor to our house. Our kitchen is now the absolute centrepiece in the home and subject to many complimentary remarks from all that walk through the door...a very worthwhile experience indeed.
