“Driver didn't turn up”

Driver was not waiting for us as arranged at London City Airport. We had to get the lady at the airport info desk to call the company to make inquiries. Eventually a driver came. Quite a stressful start to our holiday and wasted more time than if we had just used the regular taxis. Would not recommend.
