I bought 2 LG-G4 phones from HANDTEC at the begging of July 2016 for my business. One had a screen fault so HANDTEC were contacted, a returns number was obtained and the faulty phone was sent back. The company did not replace it as they should have done according to the Sale of Goods act but they sent it to LG for repair. Although I have telephoned every week since and been told I would have it within a few days it is now September 8th 2016 and I still have no phone. Do not buy from Handtec Ltd.
