Made our order, it arrived after a few chase up calls to them. The order was 3 items short and have been chasing since the 10th August for those 3 items or a refund.

Have rung, have emailed, have threatened, tried everything - now trying my credit card company like a previous customer! They do not respond in any way and they have stolen my money. Why they are allowed to still run the business is incredible!

They should be taken off the internet.

You are much better off not using Seapets. I recommend you don't!
