“Widnes Branch Reeds Rains”

Widnes branch, my daughter and her partner just moved out of a damp property that Reed Rains managed and despite being told of the damp and having been shown photographs of all the damp walls and even after the landlord had agreed that the property was left in good order with no excess charges to be deducted from the deposit, Reed Rains took £139 for themselves and even admitted on the phone that they basically ripped my daughter off!!!
Not going to deal with the branch manager, it's straight to the top with complaints and recordings of the telephone conversations!
