“Wasted Money”

The software never worked. I needed to stamp pdf documents, but this software kept crashing. I asked for support, but they only provide email support. They told me it was fixed. How???? The software never worked. After many more tickets entered, I finally asked for a refund. Crickets.... Don't waste your money.
