“Absolutely Horrible At Best!”

Unreliable, undependable, untrustworthy, liars!!!! I was promised by Vivid Seats that my tickets would be overnighted to me September 2nd to be received on September 3rd (this was promised on August 30th, 2016). I called just to double check on September 2nd. I then found out, that this was not true at all, therefore, I was lied to. I did two live chats with Vivid Seats and four phone calls to them before I found out that they would not be overnighted to me until September 6th (my event is September 11th). On their website, it states that my tickets will be mailed to be absolutely no later than September 4th (another lie!!). Now, I have to sit on pins and needles that what they say now is the truth, and believe me, from previous experience, I cannot do that! Also, if they don't like what you are saying on their live chat, they just disconnect - how convenient for them!! BEWARE!!!
