“They do not honour their advertised prices”

I pre-ordered and paid for 2 jackets at a cost of £270. When the stock came in I received a very impersonal email telling me there had been a mistake and they were going to cancel the order and refund me. However, if I want to pay them £440 I could have the items I ordered.
I have been a long standing customer but I will not buy from them again.
