“Excellent value for money kitchen experience ”

The experience with Kutchenhaus has been excellent. The staff took all our needs into account and came up with a perfect design for our kitchen and utility room. The planning in the showroom was a pleasent experience, not our experience when purchasing kitchens with other retailers. The price was very reasonable, good value for money, comparable with many high street suppliers, however the quality and design seems so much better. Although there were a couple of minor issues when delivered on time to our home in Sheffield the staff in York sorted it out immediately. Whilst we had the utility fitted once delivered, the main kitchen we stored for 18 months until the renovation of our house had been completed. We found two small problems, however on returning to the store the lady on reception not only recognised us but remembered our names and sorted it out at once. We also received a phone call the next morning to keep us informed and let us know which part we needed, on inspection we saw we already had this in the initial delivery. The Lazer plus kitchen looks amazing, the staff are so obliging We are already recommending to our friends and family members. Thank you Kutchenhaus for everything.
