“Still waiting for order ”

I placed an order on the 25th August paid extra for quick delivery as yet it has not arrived . I have sent emails tried calling and had no response . now the web site is down and facebook page has gone . I wish I had read reviews first and just popped to my local pet shop .
This looked like a safe site to use but I think I Not .
