I was told by CCS to arrange to return my item through their website, they put in all the details of the item so I arranged a return. When the courier turned up she only had a small car. I contacted CCS who told me it was nothing to do with them but to contact the courier company who sent me back to CCS. They said it was nothing to do with them they can't arrange returns so why was I aloud to arrange a return through their website. They sent me an email claiming they cannot arrange returns and font accept returns.
Then they told me to go through a pallet company at a cost of £60.00 to arrange a return. This is supposed to be a buisness who claim they do not make or accept returns I find that very strange and very suspicious.
