“A good experience”

I have had good experience in dealing with the store and on two occasions, customer service. I found the store met all expectations for selection,price and condition. The persons I dealt with in Customer Service exceeded my expectations. I shall remain a loyal and satisfied customer.

In reviewing the remarks of others. It would seem that they center around delivery inadequacies. Granting that both Royal Post and the USPS have a myriad of shortcomings, perhaps the implementation of an adequate tracking system would serve the purpose of improving business image and reduce significantly the source of less complimentary reviews.
