“Best service i have ever recieved”

I have just been mugged earlier on and i phoned O2 to bar my phone. I spoke to O2 insure and i can honestly say she is an absolute asset to O2. She was so helpful and understanding and really helped me feel better. So one piece of advice for O2 would be get more like her, she is amazing and an asset to O2. Thank you!!
