“Poor return”

I worked for M&S 40 years ago. Although I only worked for 8 months I made pension contributions. I haven't been contacted till recently to be told that my contributions were only £0.02. They wrote saying that a yield of 20% has resulted in a pension pot of £40. What they haven't said is what happened to the pension contributions. I can only assume management charges have taken everything. Dealing with Aviva is a nightmare.
