“Don't Get Burned!”

Poor service. Poor attitude. Unlocking system failed and offered to refund me (Friday) in their words: "If you cannot wait any longer, we can make a refund." I waited over the weekend and emailed asking for updates and never got any replies. so I asked for a refund first thing Monday morning. They declined the refund! I advise to avoid this company - there's better ones around (such as networkunlocking) which are more reliable and have good service.
