I ordered a super king size bed from Mattress Man which was scheduled for delivery on Thursday between 8am and 6pm which in itself was not that convienient. At 5.45, called the company and wax told they were probably running late, and that they couldn't contact the driver. It didn't arrive. The following day I called and was called back to say, sorry, it would now be delivered by 2pm. At 2.15 I called a further time. After a lengthy wait I was told, sorry, due to traffic, delivery will now be by 4. Fortunately at 3.45, a day late the bed was delivered. I started to put it together only to find bolts, but no nuts in the delivery pack. A trip to B & Q for said nuts sorted that problem and I am pleased to say all now seems to be well.
I would hesitate to use this company after this debacle.
