SBS repaired my wife's sapphire & diamond ring from which the sapphire had been lost. The claim, via the NFU, was dealt with quickly and we were given a choice of 3 stones to select by emailed photographs. Service by SBS was excellent apart from missing the delivery slot to our address by one day but the repair is excellent.
My wife was somewhat bemused that all correspondence had to be with me as the named policy holder even though we have it in joint names!
