Ever since the website was taken over by Trip Advisor I am sure I have lost bookings. So many emails are not received by those who contact me, attachments are not included with the email or potential customers are receiving hundreds of the same one!and there seems to be no way to contact anyone at Trip Advisor. Certainly I cannot find a phone number or an email address for owners to log their complaints. When my contract comes up for renewal, don't think I will stay with them as there are plenty of other ways(and cheaper too) of advertising bookings. Facebook for one.
