“20 PLUS CALLS 3 MONTHS AND STILL NO TV CHANNELS ”

AWFUL SERVICE, 20 PLUS CALLS OVER THREE MONTHS, PROMISED CALL BACKS THAT DON'T HAPPEN, LOST MY ORIGINAL HOME NUMBER WHEN WE MOVED, INDIAN CALL CENTRE REPEATING THE SAME TROUBLESHOOTING EVEN THOUGH IT HASN'T WORKED THE LAST 10 TIMES.......ONE ENGINEER VISIT EQUIPMENT ALL FINE OUTSIDE FAULT REPORTED BACK STILL NOT FIXED. EMAILS, PHONE CALLS AND MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE BLOODY AWFUL SERVICE AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE :-(((( TWO FRIENDS IN THE SAME BOAT
