“Poor customer service”

Ordered a chair for my sons college apartment and came in with the cushion sewn on backwards. Of course called and was on hold forever. Finally someone said they would send us a new cushion and pick up the one that was messed up . FedEx showed up to get the messed up one but the replacement one never showed up . Called on a Friday and was told it had shipped and should be there by the time my son left for college. Day before leaving called and was on hold again forever first person told me yes u should get it by the end of the day. But then she said wait something does not look right but me on hold and 20 minutes later another person picked up. She said ordered was canceled and there are no colors available will issue me a refund . So I have a frame and no cushion . No one contacted me and was told fed ex should deliver. Terrible customer service.. This was my first and last order.
