“Worst service for first time trials of the gym...”

I went to this gym a week ago I anniesland first of all I waited like twenty minutes after the reception lady knowing that I was here with my cousin for first time trials of just the sauna and steam. The person that was supposed to be dealing with me and my cousin was only about 10 feet from where I was waiting and the lady notified him twice or thrice that we were there. At this point if he didn't walk out I would have left. He came out didn't even attempt to be nice and present himself as a part of the gym but no he just said the sauna is their and you go their and turn...so we went but where do we turn ? So the guy literally left us with no clue of this gym so we ask someone and he told us it's upstairs. So that person that told us is upstairs was really helpful and then the personal trainer from the gym was even more helpful because he let us in as he knew we were here for only trials. This door to this sauna and steam place had a code so we didn't know that you had to pay more for this kind of option just thought it was a code for like different member kind of thing. After being in their for a length of 20 mins. Two of them come strolling in faces dropped in anger. So is that how you respond to first time customers? First checking the place to see if anyone else was their so they could respond ACCORDINGLY knowing that no one was their. The woman with half a green eye (not nice I know but she is the one that really made me angry as I am bi polar and her tone of voice and attitude towards two people that are here for a first time trial was absolutely disgusting. Me and my cousin decided while we were sitting in the jacuzzi 5-10mins before they walked in on taking a membership as we are labourers and the spa was nice. Adding to the woman's attitude and words of anger she told us to get out in ten mins. Now that really annoyed me. Because I deliberately just dried myself in the sauna and got out of their quickly as possible. They gave me the option of going downstairs again with a towel around me ?! What ?! You out your mind ?! There's people crawling all over the gym. So they don't Care about privacy either of their customers. I really hate this gym. I would never go back and I would never advise anyone to go their because at a point I even felt it was because of my race. This situation was explained back to him at the front desk. Plus you can check the cameras as they are on record and you can play it back. We told him we weren't coming back and there wasn't even an expression on his face or his tone of voice showing that he cared. So thanks David Lloyd for the worst experience in the world.
