I made an order on the 1st august, its now the 13th. I havn't had an email to let me know my items were despatched. I have tried to contact the company via email and facebook and received no reply! is this a fraudulent company? wish i read the reviews prior to ordering. zero stars thank you very much and no doubt £35 down the drain
