I rent a van on 18 July 2016 for 24hrs, the van was returned and been told the deposit of £200 will refunded in my account within 24 to 48 hrs.
Over two weeks later the deposit still not refunded.
Ring Enterprise office Lot of time and keep promised. the deposit will be in my account within 24-48 hrs but nothing happen. At last went to see the local manager in Bexhill on sea, East Sussex, UK called "SERAH" on 8th Agusr 2016 she told me she had done the deposit and the refund will be in my account by Tuesday 9th August 2016, but still not receiving the refund on 10th August 2016. I rung again to speak to this branch manager but she is not available, Left massage but she never rung me back.
I used this Enterprise for the first time and put me off I never want to hire any car or van from this company again in the future. People Becarefull ??????
