“Could be better”

Ordered an awning on-line, which arrived as expected, well packaged and on time - perfect just what everyone wants. When I go to put the awning up for the first time, I discover it has a wheel arch cover supplied. Even better, until I discover there is no method of fitting it to the caravan. There are no suction pads or connecting strip for the skirt, nothing major can easily live without that. But send an E-mail to explain they are probably missing - why supply the part if it cannot be fitted?
No reply to the E-mail! Resend it, sometimes things get lost - still no reply to the E-mail. Do I buy from CNF outdoors again? Probably not! It's always such a shame when the order is delivered as it should be, then something small lets a company down!
