I have had problems with my phone and broadband since pipex took over bulldog! increasingly so over the last 3 months, where I have had no Broadband at all- I have sent e-mails and been on the phone 100's of times, where you go through a lengthy recorded message (5p per minute) to be told that they are 'experiencing unusually high call volumes' then they end the call. On this one occasio, I have just spent the last 3 hours phoning and phoning continuously, I have got through 20 times then been hung up on before any one speaks. I finally got through and spoke to some-one who I then asked to speak to the supervisor- put on hold for 10 minutes (probably hoping I'd hang up). Supervisor said he would pass me to the right department- I insisted that I din't want to go on hold but to be passed to someone to deal with it- I was put on hold and then hung up on!!
Do not ever ever ever ever ever be with a company like this....and how are you supposed to cancel?
