“Disappointing experience ”

I placed an order, 22nd July, the items were all showing as IN STOCK. Payment was taken immediately. Two days later I received a refund for one of the products as it was OUT of stock. Several more days passed and no communication from Chemist4u and my order status was still displaying "processing".

I contacted the company and was told my order was being delayed because of another "OUT OF STOCK" item which should be with them tomorrow. Tommorow came and went and status of account was still "processing". I finally lost my patience and asked for order to be cancelled and refunded. Today 29th July, I got a reply from Chemist4u informing me there was a I.T. problem with their system and all orders status weren't being updated. Apparently they despatched my order a day ago, 28th July.

Not being funny or anything, the delay was frustrating but the IT fault and lack of communication was down right annoying. I may as well have spent a few more pennies and bought from "any other high street chemist".

Edit. My review was censored by Chemist4u (twice) because it broke guidelines as they have no record of my custom and I happened to mention the name of a high street chemist. For the record. Other High Street Chemists are available and I would like to point out it was you (Chemist4u) who invited me to complete this review.
Ps. At the time of writing this, I am still waiting for my order to be delivered via Royal Mail tracked.
Pss. The 'tracked' order was delivered to my next door neighbour ???!!!!!
No signature either. REALLY?
