“Just a thought...”

Overall we are very pleased with our new kitchen, installed by Optiplan, Reading. Their staff and installation teams were very good, Our agent, no name - as indicated, was patient and very helpful, just one point which, had it been mentioned, we would,have gone for. A tray space was suggested to which we agreed, however perhaps more useful would have been a 'space' to install extending kitchen towel/tea towel arms. Had we thought about this prior to the granite being installed then one could have very easily been fitted within the space left for the trays, whereas now, the only option are hooks!

Although the overall product is satisfactory we do feel it's cost to be slightly OTT.
