Awful service. The item I ordered on next-day dispatch was actually dispatched 3 days later and although I had to pay for delivery it was sent by Yodel on 'any time next day', which meant I had to have someone stay at my home from 8am to 6pm. When I called to query the situation and complain I had a terrible customer service person (I don't think she'd every had any training) with an arrogant and bored sounding voice blame me for complaining. When I finally spoke to a supervisor she was, if anything, worse than the first one who wouldn't handle a complaint over the phone, constantly talked over me and would only answer that I had to 'put my complaint in writing' as it was their policy. I've cancelled the item and will never use the company again; however good the product their customer service is dreadful - avoid the company like the plague.
