We booked and had a successful stay as HouseTrip guests. However, I have been trying to post a review in late July 2016 (as HouseTrip appears to be transferring to TripAdvisor), and the webpages are very poor in guiding me to where I need to be to post the review. There doesn't seem to be an obvious route through to the webpage on which the review can be posted, or even anything on the Help pages to guide me through it.
Eventually, I found a phone number from the internet - not from the HouseTrip website - and the girl at the end of the phone was really helpful.
Some thought needs to be given to the usability of your webpages, please. I'm available for consultation at very reasonable fees !
