“Very disappointing all round”

The flowers arrived a day late. The lilies were creased and bown-edged and the open ones would be going over very soon. The roses were fully out with curled brown tinged petal edges. The freesias were creased too. Not all the stems had been kept moist in the pot filled with what looked like a dampened hand-towel and too many stems had not been stripped of leaves properly. I doubt the whole bunch will last more than a day or two. So disappointing as they were a birthday gift from my daughter who lives abroad and she is very, very upset. This is not the first poor delivery from Serenata flowers. Would not advise anyone to take the chance with flowers from this company.
