“Great Site, Poor Service”

Ordered twice from this site, both orders had problems. One was returned to company due to damage caused by the courier yet I wasn't informed. The second was missing a vital part which, after quite a few attempts to contact company, was rectified yet the missing part was delivered nearly a week after the order arrived.

Also, attempts to contact the company through email is a waste of time. I emailed them twice about the first order and got no reply - not even a confirmation email to say they had received it!

The products they sell are fantastic but the customer service needs improving therefore I'm not going to use this site again, nor would I recommend to others.
