“Gold slip on trainers”

I had tried these on in a shop and ordered them in my size 38 - the shop never contacted me so I bought on line.
Your despatch service is excellent .
However, size 38 is a tad too big and slip off so I have to wear soclets to keep them on and stop them rubbing.
I also tried inner soles but they did not work
I really like them but the sizing is a wee problem. I suppose a size 37 1/2 would be good idea but not many half sizes are available .....
I feel your return service needs to be sorted and set up appropriately . Other companies supply a return label and bag and a courier to phone with a fixed price!
I am very pleased with the look and quality of the product in spite of the size problem !
