“Good value, prompt delivery, not great on warranty issue”

The mower was good value and mostly assembled when delivered, which was great. Everything as described.

The battery died over winter and never held enough charge to start again from cold after that. To be sure of that, we inadvertently went over the 1 year warranty date by 3 weeks and they refused to honour the battery warranty for that reason.
