“Poor quality and after sales”

Bought a new integrale five months ago. I have had repeated problems with a wobbly steering column. Been back to the showroom twice and still not fixed. Also it has developed a loose chain holder. No obvious reason.
Nothing obvious to fix.
After sales are a pain. Very difficult to speak to someone and when you do they expect you to bring the bike back to the shop which is a 140 mile round trip for me.
A friend of mine also bought a similar model recently and he has been plagued by battery problems.
It seems German engineering and quality are declining.
