booked a security course through this company and got sent to a door supervisor course and didnt realise till the second course when i asked other students then realised it was a dooor supervising course not security anyway didnt pull out althou angry and violated by get licenced when i found out the second day got told by aegis that we should have completed first part online which i did whoooaaa aegis not me nope you meant to do it on our site great its now tuesday the exams ar wednsday had to go back home do the online learning on aegis site not get licensed did that anyway when the course finished got on the phone to get licence with one of their guys telling me they actually did me a favour by sending me to door supervision as it makes more money took him 10min to understand my human rights and the breach trust anyway he finally understood my point took my number and said someone will ring back so now have to send them an email before trading standard can take over to make sure get licensed is aware before they investigate horrable company save your money give it to someone who care
